Bill says:

Shelley Miller is like the box of chocolates that you weren't expecting. You know something good is inside but you didn't know it was gonna be as good as it is. Some people have a gift for the discipline and simple hard work of songwriting and Shelley is one of them. Her perspective on her life and the faceted window that she views it through make for good insights and hours of great music to listen to.
Of course now, some have a much more mature view of Shelly's work:

From Les Reynolds, of indie-music.com"...like pulling up a pair of very, very soft faded jeans over bare skin."
If you want to see a sista-girl knocking em dead, you gotta see Shelly Miller ...

Eric Lugosch
is known the world over as one of the world's finest fingerstyle guitarists and songwriters. A friend and contemporary of Leo Kotke, Eric's work is more than skilled and inspired, it is thoughtful with a wry sense of humor at times. His voice compliments his dancing compositions with tones that are heartfelt and earthy.

From Peter Margasak, of Chicago Reader -- "Lugosch places his tunes within pleasant, folkish guitar settings....he masterfully exploits his prodigious fingerpicking skills, embellishing his simple, flowing songs with appealing baroque flourishes that sound homey rather than flashy. "
Eric is a must see for lovers of fingerstyle guitar.

Tristan James
Leaves Fall: 1-year anniversary laser/surround sound show.

Tristan James creates revolutionary triphop, fusing electronic sounds and acoustic instruments with radical political messages. Listeners will find traces of jazz, and salvaged relics from UK garage, drum and bass, and industrial music. These dynamic compositions masterfully flow from ambient, entrancing lulls to enraged, chest pounding rhythms.
These influences are derived from years of studying classical and jazz trombone and piano, guitar, voice, and tap dance. James has also performed live electronic shows, mixing sounds with speed, dexterity and instinct.
Tristan James also takes the helm of the label, Proletariat Productions, as head producer and recording engineer.
